Jahaj kothi, Hisar
This Rising Pillar is associated with Buddhism and features a Bodhi tree at its center. Flanking the tree are two figures that are prominently depicted, seemingly engaged in a posture of reverence or devotion, identified as devotees. The structure exhibits an archway style, which is a significant characteristic of Buddhist architecture. The pillar itself is elaborately carved with intricate patterns and motifs. At the top of the pillar, additional figures are present, including two devotees, with one figure on the right side likely representing the Buddha seated in a Padmasana posture, engaged in preaching. However, the upper portion of the Buddha figure is missing.
