Bhima Devi Temple Site Museum, Pinjore
Sculpture depicting Hari Hara, combination of Vishnu and Shiva is visible here. A lotus petal design halo is seen around the head. The upper hands of deity are broken and the lower hands rest on attendants/ayudhapurushas. Deity is wearing elaborate jewellery all over and a beautifully carved garland (vanamalà) encircles the body. A trace of trisula (trident) of Shiva is visible on the right portion of sculpture and the hairlocks are in the form of jatamukuta. Vishnu is depicted with Yajnopavita (sacred thread) and kirita- mukuta (long crown) as the left side of sculpture. Deity is wearing exquisitely designed drapery. Celestial divine beings (attendants) are visible holding garlands around the deity. Due to abrasion rest of features are not clear. The sculpture is damaged as cracks are visible across body but has been kept firmly on a pedestal to protect further deterioration.
