Jahaj kothi, Hisar
This diminutive sculpture is a captivating representation of Ganesha, the revered elephant-headed deity in Hinduism. Here Ganesha is depicted in the Sukhasana posture, a seated position that conveys a sense of tranquility and meditation. One of the most prominent features of this sculpture is the ear of Ganesha. Then Ganesha's potbelly and trunk are in broken condition. Furthermore, it is likely that this piece was originally part of the entrance pillar of the Garbagriha.
