Carved stonework

Bhima Devi Temple Site Museum, Pinjore

This architectural feature is characterized by its intricately carved stonework. The overall form suggests that it could belong to the upper section of a temple Shikhara. The bottom is flat and exhibits a slight dome, which may be a part of the roof. The lower surfaces are embellished with detailed carvings depicting scrolling foliage and floral motifs. In contrast, the base is comparatively unadorned, featuring a slightly protruding rectangular section at its center.
